Are you taking new patients?

Yes, we are a family-oriented clinic and we accept new patients. Feel free to call our office during clinic hours to speak with our receptionist who will set you up with an appointment time that is convenient for you and/or your family member.

Do you direct-bill insurance companies?

Yes, we do offer direct billing as a service to our clients provided that your insurance company allows this. Please check with your insurance company or with our administrative staff in advance to ensure that your provider offers this service.

How often should I see the dentist?

You should see a dentist at least every six months for your regular dental examination.

Do you treat children?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at our clinic. We provide general dentistry services, including routine exams, cleaning, fluoride treatments and, if necessary, fillings and more. We focus strongly on preventative dentistry to ensure the optimal dental outcome for our younger patients.

What methods of payment do you accept?

In addition to direct billing to insurance companies (when allowed) we also accept cash, debit, personal cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Health Smart Financial.

What do you offer for nervous patients?

If you do experience dental anxiety, please let us know in advance. While we do not offer nitrous oxide to our patients, we do take special care with each and every one of our patients to ensure they are as comfortable as possible while in our care.
